Please read carefully as our Privacy Policy has been updated to reflect the updated content, technology, services, features, and functionalities (collectively “Services”) of our platform. “visuEats,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean visuEats Imagery Solutions Inc., a Florida corporation, and its subsidiary visuEats Limited, a Jamaica limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy applies to your access or use of visuKnock, our online delivery platform of which visuEats owns and operates, visuEats’ websites, mobile sites, platforms, and applications (collectively, “Sites”) and the Services made available by visuEats. The terms “User” and “you” mean any user of the Services and Sites.
About visuEats
visuEats is an online marketplace connecting customers with third-party service providers, including Merchants as well as independent contractors (“Knockers”) who will be offering you delivery services. Using visuEats, you can view the merchants’ visual menu, schedule a reservation, and place an order for pickup or delivery from participating merchants.
Part 1: Acceptance of this Privacy Policy
visuEats is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal information we collect from you. We are committed to protecting the privacy of all our Users. When a User uses our Sites, visuEats collects information (“personal data”) about the users. visuEats uses the User’s personal data in a fair and lawful manner. This means that visuEats will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Protecting the privacy and personal data of applicants is of the utmost importance to visuEats. This privacy statement is intended to inform Users of our data protection and processes. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of your information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
This Privacy Policy also covers the personal information of our Knockers third-party delivery contractors), however, this Privacy Policy does not cover or address the privacy policies of the Merchants available on our Sites.

By accessing or using the Sites and/or Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
Part 2: Your Information
2.1 What information do we collect?
- Personal Information: Your date of birth
- Contact Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address as well as the contact information of people you add to, or notify of, your reservations or orders through our Sites. We may also collect your name or email address from third-party authentication services, such as Apple, or Google.
- Account Information: Your profile details, account settings and password
- Reservation information: Your current, past and canceled reservation details (specified and selected Merchant, date, time, party size, seating, pre-orders, special occasion, dietary restrictions, and special requests)
- Order Information: Your current, past and canceled order details (your specified and selected Merchant, items, price, quantity, date, time, dietary restrictions, and special requests)
- Payment Information: Your debit or credit card’s name on the card, card number, card expiration date, card three digit security code; merchant identification details to facilitate direct deposits
- Geolocation Information: Your location enabled from your device
- Device Information: Your device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address
- Usage Information: Your interaction with our Sites and Services, such as the pages you visit and the features you use, etc.
- Promotion information: Your information related to a contest, sweepstakes or any promotional activity through our Sites or Social Media such as photos, images, captions, or other content, in accordance with the terms provided at the time of the contest, sweepstakes, and/or promotional activity
- Reviews and ratings Information: Your comments, rating scores, photos, your name and, other information you provide
- Personal Preferences: Your favorite Merchant(s), item(s), responses from surveys, etc.
- Photos: Your profile photo, images of your personal identification, vehicle, vehicle insurance, registration
- Communication materials: Your review and ratings, customer support requests, messages with us or the Merchants or Knockers
We do not collect information about your racial origin, political opinions or membership of any political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership. Genetic, or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.
2.2 How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide Services: To process and fulfill reservations and/or orders you place through our Sites; to facilitate delivery services; to communicate with you about your reservation and/or order and to provide customer support
- To Improve Our Sites: To analyse usage patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the functionality and user experience of our Sites and website
- To Send Promotional Communications: To send you promotional offers, and other marketing communications if you opt-in to receive them
- For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to protect our rights and interests.
2.3 How do we share or disclose your information?
- Service Providers:
- We share your contact, reservation and order information with the Merchants to process and fulfill your reservation and order requests.
- We share your name, delivery address and current order information with the Knocker to process and fulfill your current delivery order.
- We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Sites, processing payments, or providing other services.
- Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- International transfer of personal data: If we transfer your personal data, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, such as a standard contractual clause.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect our right, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect from you from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, damage and against accidental loss, however, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purposes and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our Sites, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opt-out or otherwise prohibiting such unrelated uses.

3.1 Opt-Out: you may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions provided in the communication or by contacting us directly.

3.4 Push Notifications: you can enable or disable push notifications on your device through your device settings.
