Privacy Policy
Effective: June 10, 2024
Updated: October 15, 2025
Welcome to our Privacy Policy, and thank you for choosing visuEats Imagery Solutions Inc. ("visuEats," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read carefully, as this Privacy Policy has been updated to reflect the current content, technology, services, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Services") offered through our platform.
"visuEats" refers to visuEats Imagery Solutions Inc., a Florida corporation, and its subsidiary visuEats Limited, a Jamaica limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy applies to your access and use of visuEats’ websites, mobile sites, digital platforms, and applications, including visuKnock, our online delivery platform owned and operated by visuEats (collectively, the "Sites"), as well as all Services made available by visuEats.
The terms "User," "you," or "your" refer to any individual who accesses or uses our Sites or Services.
About visuEats and visuKnock
visuEats operates an integrated digital marketplace that connects Customers, Merchants, and Knockers through its mobile applications and websites.
visuEats allows users to explore photo-based menus, discover local restaurants, place orders for pickup or delivery, and make table reservations.
visuKnock connects independent delivery partners ("Knockers") with restaurants and customers to facilitate reliable and efficient order fulfillment.
Together, these platforms deliver a seamless visual dining and delivery experience — from discovering a meal to having it delivered to your door.
visuEats collaborates with restaurants, hotels, and other food service providers ("Merchants") to showcase their offerings and manage transactions between customers and delivery partners.
Our role is to provide the technology platform and digital infrastructure that enable these connections. We do not own, operate, or control the Merchants or Knockers directly; each acts as an independent third-party service provider.
